Beginner Technique, Flexibility and Strength Training Progressive Course

Over the course of a month, Natasha will talk you through identifying proper technique and alignment within yourself to help build strength and flexibility throughout the entire body. She will help you build self awareness from the head to the toes using her unique teaching methods, combined knowledge from extensive years of training in all genres of dance from jazz, to ballet, to salsa, and more.
